✔ April 30, 2025 – Regional websites will close and redirect to LEWKIN.COM.

1. Store Closure Details
Q1. Why is HK.LEWKIN.COM closing?
A: To provide a better shopping experience, we are consolidating individual stores into LEWKIN.COM (Global Store).
Now, you can explore more products and receive enhanced customer service from a single platform.
Q2. Does LEWKIN.COM support Hong Kong currency and language?
A: Yes! LEWKIN.COM (Global Store) supports various currencies and languages, including Hong Kong dollars and Traditional Chinese.
You can select your preferred language and currency in the settings.
Q3. What is the store closure schedule?
A: The transition schedule is as follows:
- March 31 at 1 PM (HKT): Orders will no longer be accepted on the local store.
- Until April 30: You can still view order history and process returns.
- After April 30: The local website will redirect to LEWKIN.COM.
2. Orders & Shipping
Q4. Can I place orders on the local store after March 31?
A: No. From March 31 at 1 PM (HKT), orders will no longer be accepted.
However, you can continue shopping at LEWKIN.COM (Global Store).
Q5. Will my previous orders still be shipped?
A: Yes! Orders placed before March 31 will be shipped as usual.
You can track your order through the same tracking system.
Q6. Can I purchase the same products at LEWKIN.COM?
A: Most products will still be available on LEWKIN.COM.
However, some items may not be available due to global store policies.
3. Order History & Returns

A: Until April 30, you can check your order history on the local store.

Q8. How do returns and refunds work?
A: Until April 30, the local store’s return and refund policies remain the same.
- Returns must be requested through the local store as usual.
- After April 30, returns will no longer be accepted, and LEWKIN.COM’s return policy will apply.

Q9. What happens to my Discount Codes, Gift Cards, and Points?

- Discount Codes from the local store cannot be used on LEWKIN.COM.
- Gift Cards and Points may be transferable. Please contact LEWKIN.COM Customer Service ([email protected]) to check eligibility and receive further instructions.
Q10. Can I use my existing account on LEWKIN.COM?
A: No. You must create a new account on LEWKIN.COM.
Previous account data (order history, etc.) will not be transferred.
Q11. Will the shipping policy remain the same?

Q13. Can I continue using the LEWKIN HK, JP, and SG Apps?
A: No.
- From March 31, new orders will no longer be accepted.
- After April 30, the existing regional apps will be discontinued. Please download the LEWKIN Global App in advance.
Q14. Can I use my old account on the new LEWKIN App?
A: No. Your account from the HK, JP, or SG apps will not be transferred.
You will need to create a new account on the LEWKIN App, and this account can also be used on LEWKIN.COM.

Q15. Will payment methods change on LEWKIN.COM?
A: LEWKIN.COM supports the same payment methods as the local stores.
Additionally, more payment options will be available soon.
